    Customer Service Opportunity in Financial Services

    Osaic has transitioned to a hybrid work schedule, and we are seeking candidates prepared to split their time between home and the office.

    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Commissions Service team as an Advisor Compensation Service Representative. The successful candidate will be able to learn quickly, retain knowledge, multi-task, and have a strong customer service focus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, email, and Service Net requests from Advisors regarding commission payments.
    • Build strong working relationships with Advisors and their assistants.
    • Educate advisors on where to find online information.
    • Identify and resolve commission issues through collaboration with the team and other departments.
    • Perform research tasks, error resolution, and communicate with outside product sponsors to resolve problems.
    • Meet quality and production goals.
    • Process commission transactions from third-party entities when required.

    Requirements:

    • H.S. Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
    • 1-2 Years of Customer Service experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Able to learn new systems and processes.
    • Team Player.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Organizational Skills.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • 2-3 Years of Customer Service experience.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
    • Commission experience or broker/dealer experience preferred.
