    Otolaryngology (ENT) opening – Erie, PA127 miles from Pittsburgh; 100 miles from Cleveland, OH## Position Details Full-time employed opening Hospital-employed model Budgeted replacement ENT Residency Directorship potential Join collegial practice with two board-certified and one board-eligible otolaryngologist Participate in ACGME-accredited ENT residency program with five residents Residents take first/primary night call and weekend call Physician call expectation: Every fourth night and every fourth weekend Nearby regional clinic coverage required Accepts H1B visa candidates No Pennsylvania license required at time of application (must obtain prior to start)## Clinical Scope Diagnose and treat a broad range of ENT conditions including: Ear infections Hearing loss Sinusitis Allergies Voice disorders Sleep apnea Perform surgical procedures such as: Tonsillectomies Adenoidectomies Septoplasties Ear tube insertions Integrated Epic EMR across the health system Strong primary care referral network ensuring steady patient volume Active teaching and mentoring responsibilities within residency program## Compensation & Incentives $25,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive base salary Productivity incentive Quality incentive Residency stipend CME days Relocation benefit Loan repayment negotiable Non-profit employed model – PSLF eligible## Benefits Package Employer-paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid short- and long-term disability coverage Group life insurance Paid parental leave 403(b) with 50% employer match Employer-paid pension plan (participate in both retirement plans) Tuition assistance for physician, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents## Community Details – Erie, Pennsylvania Fourth largest city in Pennsylvania Located along Lake Erie with beaches, boating, hiking, and biking Home to Presque Isle State Park and year-round outdoor recreation Strong cultural scene including symphony, art museum, and performing arts venues Multiple colleges and universities in the area Close to Cleveland, Buffalo, and Pittsburgh Affordable housing and excellent school systems
