Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Auburn, Washington. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,500 - $1,666 per week

13week contract with possibility of extension
Skilled Nursing Facility
Responsible for the overall daytoday operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
Travel pay packages, including housing and meals allowance, are available

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Washington
American Heart Association BLS
At least 1year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Prior experience in an SNF preferred

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law.
