Market (Negotiable based on the experience)Job DescriptionThe Project Support Analyst will work as part of the Cloud ERP Delivery organization.

This team is responsible for processing and tracking of work orders, converting software entitlements into provisioning specifications, all process documentation, and systemically overseeing a set of customer-facing Client Delivery Managers in the delivery of Cloud services.

The project analyst will be responsible for the following:

Work closely with the Program Management & Reporting Lead to provide support in the tracking and management of work orders, creation and update of process documentation, and management, tracking, communication of various documents, metrics, etc.

Work closely with the Pre-provisioning Lead to provide support in the creation of buildsheets from work orders and specification standards.

(On the job training will be provided) Provide support to ad-hoc and as defined project management related tasks and activities as necessary.

Role Requirements A Bachelors degree, preferably in Business or IT Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Significant attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to learn quickly.
