Job summary
The Converting Supervisor will report directly to the appropriate Superintendent. They will supervise approximately 2 – 30 people in the daily routine of producing quality corrugated products safely and productively with minimum waste.This position has responsibility for all day-to-day manufacturing operations including safety, quality, waste productivity, and occasional planning and/or shipping associated with the facility or facilities within the span of control.
