- Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conducting vehicle walkarounds and test drives with customers
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to foster repeat business

- High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in sales or a related field is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the auto industry
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with technology and CRM systems

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team at Van Subaru as a Subaru Product Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and appreciation for the Subaru brand and will be responsible for promoting and selling Subaru vehicles to customers in the Kansas City, Missouri area.
