- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask between phone calls and computer tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.

Job Title: Partner Advocate Supervisor at KCM
This position is directly responsible to the Partner Advocate Supervisor at KCM. We are looking for someone to join our team to serve our valued partners. Your primary role will involve answering questions, processing orders, and praying with our partners who reach out to us via phone, mail, or online channels.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
You must maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards our partners, both over the phone and in-person, contributing to a vibrant culture at KCM. As part of this role, you will also need to obtain ministerial licensing through EMIC within the first thirty days of joining us.
