    **Description**

    **SUMMARY:** This position is responsible for scanning documents for all Lazy Days Departments according to established processes in addition to quality controlling documents.

    Prepare and handle documents for scanning as needed and assign documents into document imaging system.

    Index documents and view for quality control into AXAPTA.

    Back up other scanning personnel.

    Assist internal and external customers.

    Open and disburse accounting mail daily.

    Attend all company required meetings.

    Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
