Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation of purchase requisitions in the Ariba system and ensure services are being delivered at the required level of consistency, quality and timeliness in accordance with established operating level agreements.
SAP-based reports to key data and technology stakeholders.
Communicate pertinent procurement-related information and deadlines to key data and technology stakeholders via regular meetings and via clear, concise emails.
Oversee upkeep of Data and Technology Purchase Requisition intake form and contract pipeline report.Capture meeting notes/minutes and action items during pertinent meetings and interactions and maintain in a central repository (ex. Teams). Track key action items to completion.
Address supplier payment questions and troubleshoot invoice issues.
Ariba:
Purchasing tool, Analytics and reporting regarding to supplier budget spend.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's Mandatory and Masters would be great
Nice to have:
SAP
Understanding Procure-to-Pay modules and Contracts modules
Experience:
3-5 years ideally, 7-10 would be great.
Software agreements or IT Supplier Management
Software licensing agreements, SaaS, Ariba, Software contracts, IT/Software negotiations.
