Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a role model and mentor to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.

Conduct regular rounds to ensure timely interventions and address resident concerns.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of New York.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in nursing practice, leadership, and communication.
