    Travel ICU Nurse


    Location:
    Waimea, HI


    Pay:
    $65hr

    Experience: 2 or more years of ICU RN experience prior to travel assignments; Pediatric experience desired

    Education:
    Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred; current RN license for the State of Hawaii


    Type:
    Full-time; Contract

    Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Travel ICU Nurse to join a growing and dynamic team


    Job Description:
    Provide care to patients, monitoring their condition closely and administering treatments as necessary
    Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring optimal outcomes
    Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory values, and other diagnostic tests to assess the status and response to treatment
    Administer medications, perform procedures and operate medical equipment as required, following established protocols
    Ensure patient safety at all times


    Position Requirements:
    Must show proof of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
    Demonstrates competency in basic ECG skills; must pass an EKG exam with 80% or greater
