What You'll Do:
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, monitor temperature logs, and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work cooperatively with staff and residents
- Assist with transporting supplies, disposing of waste, and keeping the kitchen organized
- Comply with OSHA and other regulatory standards
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
- High school graduate or equivalent (required)
- Experience in a similar role (preferred)
