Our client is a nationally-operating boutique insurance defense firm that is seeking experienced attorneys for their growing practice. They are a prestigious firm with a friendly, comfortable, diverse and inclusive work environment that offers their attorneys a unique opportunity for hands-on experience, mentoring, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• They are looking for motivated self-starters with at least three (3) years of insurance defense experience who thrive in a fast-paced litigation setting, but who are searching for an opportunity that allows them the flexibility of a fully remote or hybrid work schedule. Reasonable billing hour requirements with a constant influx of work to make hitting goals consistently attainable.
• Florida Bar membership required. Only candidates who live within a reasonable travel distance from their Tampa office will be considered.
• Only candidates with previous insurance defense litigation experience will be considered.
• Previous experience in construction insurance defense or general third party insurance defense highly encouraged.

Compensation:

• This position offers the right candidate a competitive salary based off of experience, along with a commission structure and discretionary bonuses. It also provided great benefits.
