    Job Description: Global Enterprise Architect

    Global SAP Enterprise Architecture plays a vital role in driving agile and value-oriented Digital Transformation, supported by S/4HANA at its core and complemented by Vertical Apps in the Cloud. Capgemini is renowned for its expertise in intricate architectures within the Multi-Pillar S/4HANA framework.

    If you have a drive to collaborate with clients, guiding them on optimizing their enterprise architecture to maximize the potential of their SAP and Cloud technologies, this role is for you.

    You should possess extensive consulting and functional expertise across SAP and partner components in your specialized area, a solid understanding of SAP's strategic direction in your domain, and a keen insight into industry trends.

    You will collaborate with our diverse network of Architects to expand beyond your domain knowledge as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, solutioning, and delivery of large-scale business transformation initiatives across various sectors like Retail, CP, Automotive, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, and Machinery. Assist these organizations in constructing their multi-pillar architectures leveraging SAP S/4 and BTP solutions, integrated with top-tier Apps, in a multi-Cloud setting.
    • Exhibit expertise in aligning SAP products with a consistent framework and advising clients on optimizing their IT landscape to meet future business requirements.
    • Showcase natural leadership qualities, exceptional customer relationship skills, and acumen in business development.
    • Focus on customer satisfaction, thrive on challenges, and possess the ability to turn obstacles into opportunities.

    Required Skills:

    • Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture across more than 5 major projects, encompassing SAP, SAP BTP, Cloud solutions, and specialized packages to address end-to-end business processes.
    • Demonstrated experience in an international setting, collaborating with diverse teams such as Business Advisory Consultants, Solution Experts, Marketing, and Sales teams, and establishing cross-country networks.
    • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Capable of engaging with senior client stakeholders up to CxO-level.
    • Familiarity with the broader SAP ecosystem and relevant partner organizations.
    • Proficient in SAP technologies including BTP and other PaaS & third-party tools.
    • Skilled in using enterprise architecture modeling tools.
    • Experience in technical architecture, estate refresh, integration, and structuring RFx responses.
    • Prior exposure to pre-sales activities and ability to tailor RFx responses.
