This Senior Payments Technology Business Systems Consultant role is dedicated to leading enterprise transformation initiatives with a core focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. The position is responsible for designing and executing large scale transformation programs leveraging modern technology agile methodologies and robust governance whilst ensuring strategic communications support the adoption and success of transformational change.In this role you will lead the delivery execution office for the Payments Transformation program ensuring the program is outcome driven and aligned with organizational objectives oversee the establishment and governance of the program management office PMO with a strong emphasis on the transformation delivery agile practices continuous improvement provide JIRA governance ad execution oversight ensuring best practices automation compliance tool optimization embedded across complete program build lead global cross functional teams to deliver transformational change fostering culture accountability innovation develop plan execute comprehensive communications strategies to support transformation delivery ensure stakeholder alignment transparency engagement levels facilitate strategic planning prioritization transformation roadmaps managing interdependencies delivering defined milestones outcomes oversee large scale technology process modernization efforts system replacements integrations data migrations focusing realizing business value deliver executive level reporting data driven updates highlighting progress toward transformation outcomes proactively addressing risks issues advise senior leadership IT delivery methodology governance process improvements change management strategies accelerating transforming maximizing impact.
