    Description
    Program Analyst – Level II

    LOCATION: Remote

    LinTech Global is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Program Analyst to provide support to the IRSCI client. Providing analytical consultative services required to administer programs throughout all phases of business requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation. Analyze and review budget, schedule, and other program resources. Identify resource shortfalls and make corrective recommendations. Participate in analysis sessions to provide program requirements. Review the business and system, software, and system integration requirements to ensure the requirements meet the program needs. Consider alternatives and develop recommendations. Identify, communicate, and resolve risks. Identify and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project. Research and analyze resource material. Monitor system tests; reviews test results; identify project issues.

    RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS:
  • Track Scope, Schedule, and Budget.
  • Document Key Deliverables and Associated Activities
  • Gather requirements and use cases.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures and Schedules – making adjustment if needed.
  • Work with CI management and SMEs to identify stakeholders and run Integrated Project.
  • Track Risk and mitigations to risks and/or issues.
  • Complete Project Management documents.
  • Provide briefings and presentations to multiple stakeholders including Sr. Managers and Executives on Project status.
  • Maintain alignment with the Front Office PPPM initiative.
  • Provide meeting agendas and meeting notes with action items and ownership and estimated timeframes of all action items.
  • Experience in CI environment is a plus.
  • OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Specialized Experience: At least 8 years specialized experience.
  • Experience and success managing an Enterprise level IT portfolio for complex and secure information systems meeting business objectives and strategies.
