- Expect to deliver care to 1-3 patients per shift
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
- Associates Degree in Nursing, ADN
- Bachelors in Nursing, BSN Preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- BLS with skills demonstration
- Additional certifications may be required depending on specialty
- Effective Communication

Responsibilities
The primary function of this role is to be available and flexible to float to various ICU units at Baylor St.
ICU specialties include:
MICU, MSICU, CCU, NICU (neuro), CVICU, SICU, PCU, CTICU, CV Recovery.
Must be available to be scheduled for a minimum of 2 shifts every week and available to be scheduled a Saturday and Sunday shift every other weekend.
Must be available to be scheduled for two major holidays per policy.The rate of pay for this level of commitment is $50.00/hr, plus applicable shift differentials.
