Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise building maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to standards and service quality.

• Coordinate snowplowing efforts during inclement weather to ensure safe access to our facilities.
• Provide hands-on assistance and supervision for maintenance tasks, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage inventory and supplies, proactively ordering necessary materials to maintain operational excellence.
• Serve as a liaison between multiple store locations, facilitating messenger services and travel logistics as required.
• Directly report to the CEO on facility-related matters, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in facilities management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of maintenance processes and contracts.
