Job Summary
The Laboratory Assistant receives and processes specimens and carries out basic laboratory procedures. Additionally, there are required clerical tasks such as greeting patients, informing them of the procedures, answering phones and emails, and maintaining records.Responsibilities
*Obtains Lab samples by various means including venipuncture.*Check and maintain supplies for work assignments.*Responsible for excellent customer service through various duties including answering telephone calls, charting patient results,,other duties as needed.
