Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer to join our automotive manufacturing team in Sealy, TX.Responsibilities
- Providing a purchase order report to supervisors that indicates the invoice number for all closed orders
- Ensure all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back-ordered or missing products
- Maintain inventory levels and materials on a regular basis
- Maintain and update purchase orders in QuickBooks; verify pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of purchasing experience,
a strong cost-analysis skills,
and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires daily coordination with suppliers,
internal departments,
and production teams to ensure materials
& parts are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
