- Supervise day to day operations of the business, drivers, attendants, and other personnel, as necessary.
* Assist the business and manager in planning, organizing, and routing of routes.
* Maintain updated crew sheets, top sheets, left and rights, and various other paperwork, as necessary.
* Dispatch various shifts by handing out paperwork and communicating that shifts information.
* Have computer experience. Especially with Microsoft Excel.
* Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.
* Must be flexible.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* - Two (2) years of transportation management experience.
* One (1) year of supervisory experience.
* High school diploma.
