We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic professional to join our Housing Outreach & Member Engagement (HOME) team as a Community Health Worker. You will deliver peer recovery and support services to adults and youth experiencing homelessness.
- You will serve as a trusted role model and advocate, helping clients build independence and take ownership of their recovery journey.
