    Estimated Weekly Salary:
    $1800-$1890/week

    Required Qualifications

    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (compact license not sufficient unless Ohio allows)

    Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

    ACLS and PALS certifications may be required depending on assignment

    Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (ER nurse, ED RN) preferred

    Knowledge of the nursing process, triage, resuscitation, and emergency care best practices

    Ability to operate clinical monitoring equipment and other technical devices

    Completion of all required onboarding health and professional documentation

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide safe, age-specific emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients using the nursing process

    Perform triage, rapid assessment, and prioritize care in a high-volume ED environment

    Deliver relationship-based care and apply technical skills for resuscitation and critical interventions

    Communicate clearly and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team

    Administer prescribed clinical therapies, monitor patient status, and respond to changes quickly

    Maintain patient confidentiality and manage Protected Health Information (PHI) appropriately

    Contribute to professional development and support continuous improvement of emergency nursing practice
