- Plans, directs, and supervises the TX3C SME team including programs, special events, and facilities management to meet the needs of the community as well as the goals of the Workforce Solutions Gulf Coast board.
- Directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned locations and activities; assigns work activities and projects; monitors work flow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.
- Maintains records and prepares reports concerning new or ongoing programs and program effectiveness through appropriate tracking and feedback systems in addition to utilizing reports from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) on adoption rate for the Gulf Coast region.
- Lead, convene, and participate in team meetings, training, and activities to further the implementation of TX3C to stakeholders.
- Assists in developing informational material to improve interactions between Workforce Solutions and Child Care Scholarship (CCS) stakeholders with team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills. Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
Use of personal vehicle may be required, if so, must have a current valid Driver's License with Good Driving Record and valid auto insurance.
Education/Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or two years full-time experience in child-development, child care licensing, or social service work.
