    Front Desk Representative

    • We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team at a Permanent Supportive Housing facility. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations and coordinating with contracted security staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor common area activities and security concerns

    • Oversee visitor check-ins and maintain accurate visitor logs

    • Coordinate with third-party security personnel

    • Respond to on-site emergencies and escalate issues per protocol

    • Complete incident reports and follow up as needed

    • Maintain organized and confidential front desk logs and reports

    • Assist residents with work orders, complaints, and other needs

    • Answer phones and provide general property information

    • Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and professional

    • Support administrative tasks as needed

    • Collaborate with resident service providers and external partners

    • Attend staff meetings and required trainings

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required

    • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to stay calm and professional during emergencies

    • Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle required
