RESPONSIBILITIES: Functional Family Therapy Provider reports to a Functional Family Clinical Manager and will be part of a collaborative, supportive, close-knit team that works with youth and families. The service provider applies the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model in their work, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. The Functional Family Therapy model is an in-home and evidence-based model that engages with families by demonstrating immediate responsiveness to their needs and maintaining strength-based relational focus. Services will primarily be focused on home and in the community with in-office and telehealth available if needed. This position includes traveling to clients' homes and communities.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a master's degree is preferred but will consider a Bachelor level candidate with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be creative, and flexible, have a high level of integrity, work well autonomously, and have excellent time management skills. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, physical and drug screening

BONUS: $1,250.00 of the sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the additional $1, will be after 12 months of service.
