- Cultivate a culture centered on the Dream Big core values while designing and executing effective clinical programs.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop clinical training materials and take a leading role in conducting clinical training sessions throughout the year.
- Formulate strategies in conjunction with HR and RD to enhance staff development and retention.
- Supervise Master's level clinicians in the implementation of treatment plans and case management.
- Oversee center-based services with a focus on promoting independence, social interaction, inclusion and school preparedness
- Provide in-person support at the center, fostering inclusion, interaction, and independence.
- Collaborate with the Center Manager to cultivate the vision of an inclusive center.
- Lead bi-weekly leadership meetings with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Manage a reduced caseload of clients providing 3 tier services and occasionally 2 tier as needed
- Offer BCBA supervision to supervisees pursuing BCBA certification.
- Conduct new hire orientation training for Leadership Team (BCBA/BC) in collaboration with Regional Directors and Clinical Director.
- Meet with Clinical Director and collaborate on clinical projects
- Collaborate with Behavior Consultants on functional behavior assessments and individualized treatment plans based on naturalistic ABA principles.
- Manage and hold Behavior Consultants accountable for their responsibilities.
- Mentor and guide Behavior Consultants to ensure effective implementation of ABA services.
- Develop a therapeutic alliance with parents, family members, and individuals receiving services.
- Analyze data and track client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
- Review progress reports written by Behavior Consultants to maintain quality standards.
- Meet regularly with Behavior Consultants to review client progress and assess therapist performance.
- Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the center's KPI's
- Participate as a member of the Ethics committee and oversee all ethical reports and considerations.
- Contribute to special projects, including but not limited to curriculum development, training material creation, system implementation, policy and procedure development, quality assurance initiatives, and other assigned projects.
- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in active standing
- At least five years of experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism
- At least three years post BCBA certification
- At least three years experience with supervising mid-tier/Master's level clinicians
- Complete TB test and livescan clearance

Job purpose
Our Sr. BCBA will champion excellence, manage a growing team of amazing Dreamers, and connect with families in a caring and intentional manner to develop a therapeutic alliance. This leadership position will motivate, grow and develop a team of clinicians, will function as a brand ambassador and champion for growth. The Sr. BCBA will be responsible for culture at the respective center and will play a key role in training and development of clinical staff.
This position will lead in on-site supervision at one of our 5 locations across Southern California. While present at the center, this role will supervise clinical training and core value implementation. Our Sr. BCBC will guide clinical oversight at the center and with in-home cases, and supervise, train, and mentor behavior consultants and therapists. We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills and experience who loves to mentor and train up and coming clinicians.

Qualifications
Qualifications
This position requires working at the Dream Big center 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week (as scheduled on a monthly basis). Working at the center requires the ability to focus in a noisy and busy environment.
Physical requirements
Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, running, squatting, bending over, kneeling and sitting on the floor.
