    Description
    We are a full-service Salesforce Consulting Partner with headquarters in San Diego, CA.

    We have an immediate need for a candidate with the ability to act as both Salesforce Consultant and Administrator.

    In this role, you'll collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements, design solutions, perform configuration and customization, provide training to our clients, and create documentation.


    This is a fractional contract position (several hours a week, depends on your general availability) with the potential for the long-term fractional engagement.

    This position is fully remote.
    Work 100% remote, working in the convenience of your home
    Facilitate discovery sessions, analyze and evaluate business systems, models, requirements, and user needs to formulate effective solutions
    Timely communicate with clients guiding and advising them every step of the way
    Perform configuration and customization of the platform
    Troubleshoot issues and occasionally provide guidance/assistance to clients via phone/screenshare
    Facilitate training for clients
    Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)
    Document and translate client requirements into design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
    Collaborate frequently with team members and execute projects in a timely manner
    Knowledge of partner solutions (DocuSign, Conga, Nintext DocGen, Formassembly, etc.)
    2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
    Ability to participate in client-facing Zoom meetings during business hours
    Superb ability to communicate with client, patiently troubleshoot and explain problem/solution
    Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
    Ability to create succinct, effective documentation (e.g. detailed requirements, training materials)
    Ability to navigate quickly in a fast-paced environment, think critically and quickly
    Self-starter with the ability to work independently
