- 23 years of technical full cycle recruiting experience in a highvolume environment in an agency, corporate, or startup setting Solid knowledge of oncampus hiring practices and/or experience in university recruiting Able to travel up to 2030% including site and campus visits
- Experience managing university level requisitions (Internship and Full-Time) and intern programming
- Technically savvy, experience with Workday or other ATS systems
- Ability to learn our core technologies and recruiting partners (students, university staff and faculty, campus teams, hiring managers, new hires, interns, and more).
