    Description

    The eCommerce Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting Wasatch Rxs online business partnerships. This position involves purchasing, order management, customer service, and eCommerce platform management.

    • This is a hybrid remote work schedule with required in-office days on Monday and Fridays.
    • Job Type: Full Time or Part Time with varying schedules available.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Purchasing (40% of workday estimate): Source products through online searches, place orders via website or chat, verify records, coordinate delivery, and maintain incoming product records within internal spreadsheets.
    '} 'ectomy Platform Management (20% of workday estimate): Review product inventory levels; manage the online product catalog including pricing updates; maintain trending lists for easy navigation.'}
