    QualificationsWhat You'll Do:
    Perform a variety of general building and property maintenance, service, and repair services supporting multiple company owned properties.

    Perform a variety of maintenance services to include, but not limited to basic equipment repair (nuts, bolts, washers, seals, etc.), painting, caulking, wall repair, minor plumbing work, basic electrical maintenance (replacing a ballast, replacing light fixture, etc.), power washing, gutter cleaning, and more.

    Troubleshoot to identify potential root causes and develop effective solutions.
    Perform other tasks as assigned.


    What You'll Bring:
    Previous maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or mechanical experience is preferred.
    Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.


    What We are looking for:
    Comfortable performing duties from an elevated height on a ladder, lift, or roof top.
    Possess a strong understanding of the safe usage of hand and power tools.

    Able and willing to be trained on the proper and safeoperation of equipment as needed (e.g., Boom Lift).Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lb.

    regularly and occasionally up to 75 lb.
    Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
    Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
