Technology Alignment Manager – MSP (Hands-On Experience)
We are a customer-oriented Managed Service Provider servicing the greater Chicago area. For over 20 years, we have provided white-glove support to our clients and have recently expanded our service offerings. The Technology Alignment Manager – MSP (Hands-On Experience) will receive internal growth within the company towards leadership or senior technical roles.
The Technology Alignment Manager – MSP (Hands-On Experience) provides analytical support to the team and is responsible for conducting technical and information-gathering components of various IT consulting engagements.
As a Technology Alignment Manager – MSP (Hands-On Experience), you will work with clients who require frequent interaction via virtual or face-to-face meetings, including onsite travel when necessary.
The Technology Alignment Manager – MSP (Hands-On Experience) would understand Microsoft OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SAN, Citrix, Disaster Recovery, Virtual Machines.
Technology Alignment Manager – MSP (Hands-On Experience) Duties:
Serve as the trusted technology advisor for our clients, responsible for defining and executing overall IT Strategy
Experience performing IT Risk planning and management strategies within client environments to help reduce overall risk
Create proposals and quotes based on client needs and requirements
Technical support of networking equipment:
WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Experience providing SMB Technical and business guidance/experience working with C-Level executives
Experience building out roadmaps, budgets, and proposals but overall experience explaining technical experts to clients
