    Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Sales Development Trainer for our Columbus, Ohio location.

    Our sales revenue growth is dynamic, increasing from $1 million in 1983 to over $500 million today.

    As a Sales Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive sales training programs that align with our organizational objectives.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in either classroom management or sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales performance improvement.

    As a Sales Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of our sales teams.

    A BS or equivalent degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Advertising/Communication, experience in sales, sales training, or related field.

    Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, strategies, focused on adult learners.
    Ability to effectively generate, in written form, readily understood instructional materials such as outlines, handouts, and classroom exercises.
    Experience with creating instructional materials such as handouts, outlines, and classroom exercises.
    Experience in evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, sales data, and performance metrics.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Certified Professional Sales Trainer) are a plus.
    Some Travel required.
