    Grade:
    DC-3


    Salary:
    $52,800-$59,400, based on experience and base of designation.


    Overview:


    The Email Marketing Coordinator plays a central role in leading the SIT's digital marketing initiatives to enhance the institution's visibility, support student enrollment, and boost engagement efforts.

    This position involves developing and implementing new ideas in our email marketing campaigns.

    Key responsibilities include oversee email journeys, set up dashboards and reports, organize folders and set up emails to be sent out for different programs.

    The Email Marketing Coordinator will influence SIT's digital marketing direction, aligning strategies with the institution's core objectives and values.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Develop email marketing journeys for different programs.

    Manage multiple leads and put them in the correct campaigns.

    Utilize analytical tools to measure campaign performance, conduct market research, and

    identify target audience behaviors to refine marketing strategies.

    Monitor and analyze digital marketing trends and competition to keep SIT's strategies at the

    forefront of the industry.

    Oversee the implementation of marketing automation tools and technologies to streamline

    marketing processes.

    Align strategies with brand plans and business priorities, consistently achieving or exceeding

    key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Manage email marketing and SEO with the Digital Marketing Manager.

    Oversee the digital marketing budget for SIT Graduate Institute, SIT Study Abroad, and The

    Experiment in International Living, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

    Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and key industry

    influencers to amplify SIT's digital presence and reach.

    Lead the development and execution of an effective content strategy, ensuring engaging and

    relevant content across emails.


    POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

    3-5 years of higher education experience

    Proficiency in email marketing tools (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

    Experience working with CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

    Strong understanding of email marketing journeys.

    Excellent project management and communication skills.

    Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize leads and contacts.

    Passion for education and a commitment to promoting the university's values and mission.
