    Role overview:

    The Director is responsible for overseeing engagement teams, business development efforts, and maintaining and establishing client relationships. The Director will be responsible for leading engagement delivery teams and overseeing the execution of engagement-specific objectives across Indelibles business units; Health & Human Services, Emergency Management, Technology Solutions, Business Solutions, and Transportation & Infrastructure. The Director is also expected to oversee the timely submission of quality project deliverables. Additionally, the Director is tasked with evaluating and communicating team member performance, overseeing engagement financial metrics, and other project management tasks, as needed. The Director is also expected to lead market development, participate in account planning, drive pipeline origination/qualification/development, and lead pursuit teams to drive new sales bookings.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams and build skills and core competencies to serve clients of all sizes from diverse industries
    • Oversee progress against project milestones and effectively lead teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of engagement deliverables
    • Oversee multiple workstreams while prioritizing changing workloads
    • Provide oversight and guidance on engagement decisions, including work plan, timeline, and project management
    • Identify and facilitate growth and business development opportunities to meet sales objectives and goals
    • Oversee all aspects of client relationship management to ensure client satisfaction
    • Participate in the development and strategic vision for aligned solutions at Indelible
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement departmental/solution goals
    • Establish key strategic partnerships to effectively sell and build target markets and other pipeline initiatives
    • Supervise and mentor all levels of staff on engagements and provide contractor and vendor coordination/oversight
    • Drive engagement administration efforts including, but not limited to, opportunity management, budget development and invoicing, time tracking and approving, invoicing, contract management, contract compliance, etc.
    • Oversee the tracking, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators related to engagement financial health, engagement performance, team performance, etc.
    • Oversee resource and performance management, including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other administrative items
    • Identifies and shapes opportunities through relationships and drives all go-to-market activities
    • Look for opportunities for collaboration across solutions to strengthen our go-to-market approach
    • Maintain memberships within relevant organizations to develop relationships and identify opportunities for Leadership review
    • Lead thought leadership development and seek opportunities for speaking engagements
    • Identify market trends for the development of new service offerings
    What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
    • 10+ years experience working in management consulting
    • 7+ years experience working with state Medicaid agencies
    • Experience with Medicaid program design/administration
    • Deep understanding of federal regulations and policies, including Medicaid
    • Experience monitoring and evaluating state Medicaid programs
    • Proficiency with technology, including MS Office applications
    • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with data collection, analysis, and evaluation, particularly with Microsoft Excel
    • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Excellent analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in business, health and human services, communications, IT, or related fields is preferred
    • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other industry-recognized certifications are preferred
    • Ability to travel as needed; this job may require 75% travel or more
    Compensation

    Salary Range: 120,000.00 to 230,000.00
