BryceTech is currently looking for a Program Analyst IV to support Capability Program Executive Chemical,Biological,Radiological,and Nuclear Defense (CPE CBRND) Joint Project Lead Integration – Operations Office.The Person in this role will:
Assist the team lead with planning,development/refinement initiation ,and execution new requiements projects procedures guidelines Maintain awareness program execution milestones applying acquisition processes policies outlined DoDI relating product development production sustainment Consider affordability technology maturity responsiveness formulate broad time-phased operational goals initial capabilities Manage synchronize track multiple complex cross-functional actions Support projects tasks tracking risk constant status process oversight Facilitate milestone planning preparing reviewing updating technical briefing materials documentation program schedules developing implementing technical programmatic plans measures track programs Apply relevant skills review analyze evaluate program development status progress performance acquisition strategies documentation timing scope decision reviews make recommendations tailoring approach best fits program conditions Recommendations minimize time satisfies validated need consistent common sense sound business management practice applicable laws regulations time-sensitive nature users requirement Review assess technical cost schedule data work Government staff identify shortfalls potential corrective actions Identify assess develop mitigate program risk Draft review staff file update variety documents include acquisition documentation memorandums information issue papers briefings executive summaries milestone review packages e-mails meeting minutes When applicable documents prepared accordance Department Defense DoD policies procedures research test evaluation procurement materiel sufficiently complete accurate timely establish program goals objectives milestones
