    We are looking for a Senior Autonomy Integration Engineer - Release in the Autonomy team to work cross-functionally not only within Autonomy but also with the entire organization (Hardware, Infrastructure Software, and Program Management). You'll be an integration point responsible for a safe and efficient release of autonomous robo-taxi fleets.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Define and own the Software Release Management (RM) process. This includes all aspects of the release process, such as planning, change management, build & delivery, and design & development of RM infrastructure & tools.
    • Work closely within autonomy teams such as; Localization, Perception, Prediction, Planning, Control, Mapping, Calibration, and Autonomy Platform to integrate all the cutting-edge modules into the system and preparing builds for release
    • Work cross-functionally with the organization to integrate the entire system including Software, Hardware, Testing, TPMs, and Operations
    • Plan, design, and implement the integration and release process
    • Automate the analysis of release to create detailed reports for developers and executive reports for leadership
    • Work with TPMs to define, maintain, and track the Release Schedules and align with crucial company and partner initiatives
    • Build release prediction capabilities: be responsible for predicting the performance of the next release by leveraging simulation and Hardware-in-the-Loop benches
    • Execute the program with a focus on technical execution to achieve program milestone
    • Work with the Program Managers and Developers to set program priorities
    • Proactively manage and mitigate technical risks

    What We're Looking For

    • BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
    • 5+ years of professional experience in autonomous driving or robotics industry with at least 2 of the following fields: release management,hardware, software, autonomy, on-field testing.
    • Solving complicated problems in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • Proficiency with Jira, git, and similar release management tools
    • Experience with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins pipelines, Docker, and VM deployments.
    • Experience with build systems (CMake, Make, Bazel, Gradle or equivalent) and packaging tools (Debian, , or similar).
    • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn and work independently
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Open to 25% travel to work with autonomous vehicles publicly deployed on roads.

    Bonus Points (not required)

    • Experience with system/software/hardware architecture
    • Proficiency writing C++/Python
    • Familiarity with Looker and other Data visualization methods

    Salary Range $168,000—$225,000 USD
