    $50.64/hr on a W2 (set rate)Full Time HoursHybrid in Santa Monica, CAAs a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of marketing initiatives focused on enhancing brand awareness and fostering adoption of our client's generative AI services. Your responsibilities will encompass both marketing management and program management, requiring proficiency in Smartsheet and exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans, managing project requirements, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.


    Day in the Life:
    Lead marketing programs for our client's generative AI services.
    Develop and execute online campaigns and internal enablement plans using Smartsheet.


    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Understand and manage stakeholder needs and requests.
    Facilitate effective communication through updates, meeting notes, and newsletters.


    Strategic Planning and Prioritization:
    Develop intake and prioritization frameworks to support business objectives.
    Collaborate across teams to define, manage, and prioritize workloads.


    Performance Analysis and Optimization:

    Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights, and drive continuous improvement strategiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    Proven experience in marketing and program management roles, preferably in the technology sector.
    Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, with experience in building workspaces and automations.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyze performance metrics.
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and prioritize workloads.
    Experience in driving brand awareness and adoption through marketing campaigns is preferred.
