    Description

    Job Title: Production Operations Coordinator

    Company: Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions

    Description: Are you ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced production environment? Join our team as a Production Operations Coordinator to support various aspects of production operations, quality, and final product to help us achieve our department targets and company goals:

    • Audit and manage the payroll and timesheets for non-exempt employees
    • Create disciplinary documentation for attendance and workmanship issues
    • Maintain records of assembly performance, training, efficiency, and attendance
    • Coordinate employees' travel activities
    • Assist in training coordination and production meetings
    • Support in hiring activities and provide company tours to new employees
    • Follow up on production-related actions and close open items as needed
    • Manage department KPIs and safety data sheets
    • Coordinate production and maintenance needs with other departments
    • Evaluate operations performance and recommend improvements
    • Ensure company guidelines and safety policies are followed
    • Support production supervisors and line leads in daily activities

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Manufacturing; or Associates degree in related field plus 3+ years of Production Administration/Supervisor experience
    • Experience with PC software (Excel, PP, Word, SAP, etc.)
    • Ability to read and interpret technical data
    • Knowledge of manufacturing procedures, seat assembly experience preferred
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Flexible schedule and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Knowledge of SAP and Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
