Join Our Team as a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

At Integrity Home Care + Hospice in collaboration with BAYADA Home Health Care, we are dedicated to enabling individuals to live comfortably, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. Together, we deliver outstanding home health, hospice, and personal care services to over 3,000 residents of Missouri on a daily basis.

We're looking for a caring Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to conduct home health visits in the areas between Joplin and Monett on a part-time basis.

Your Responsibilities:

Support a variety of clients recovering from injuries, illnesses, surgeries, or hospital stays in the comfort of their homes.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and address speech, language, communication, or swallowing challenges
Create and implement treatment plans based on evaluations, physician directives, and defined objectives
Regularly review and adjust speech therapy plans, collaborating with BAYADA clinicians in care coordination
Educate and guide patients and their families on rehabilitative procedures and activities promoting health, safety, and independence

Your Qualifications:

Valid and active SLP license
Preferred minimum of one year clinical experience
Prior experience in home health care is a plus, yet not mandatory. We offer comprehensive training programs
Ability to commute within designated local areas for assigned cases
