    • Lead the development of marketing team members
    • Operational understanding of marketing tech platforms and how to maximize these investments
    • Plan and execute comprehensive strategies for:
    • website development
    • HubSpot integration
    • retention efforts
    • customer segmentations
    • Container brand voice/awareness
    • sales support
    • customer creative needs
    • digital investment
    • growth planning
    • Work closely with sales leadership on outbound sales and customer meetings
    • Manage marketing budget and expenditures
    • Work with Analyst on segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations (Google Analytics, and HubSpot)

    Skills that will be beneficial include:

    • Creative thinking
    • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
    • Strong experience in HubSpot
    • Working understanding of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and Google Adwords
    • Ability to recognize effective graphic design and visual communications
    • Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
