Software Quality Assurance Analyst - South Sioux City, United States - Great West Casualty Company

Description

This position can be located in any of our five office locations (South Sioux City, NE; Knoxville, TN; Bloomington, IN; Arlington, TX; or Boise, ID) and offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

Join our new Project Office team as a Quality Assurance Analyst where you will bridge the gap between the business and IT.

In this role, you will be a part of improving how work is done as you write test cases based on the requirements set forth by the project manager and business analyst.

Success can be achieved by an outgoing and quick learner who can understand multiple systems, prioritize work and communicate effectively with business partners to fulfill system objectives.

This role is best suited for someone who can collaborate with others and also work independently.

In the first year, you can expect to have a solid understanding of our various systems, write test cases successfully, and implement a system into production with the Project Office.

Qualifications:
Experience in a business user role, quality assurance, testing analytics, or systems development is a plus
Analytical mindset
Ability to learn software
