Job summary
The Accounting Clerk III will review submitted vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness, process invoices according to the Prompt Payment Act (PPA) VA guidelines, catalog and prioritize invoices into work baskets and electronic content libraries based on invoice data and processing requirements.- Analyze FSC Systems, invoices and transaction data for duplicate input based on established VA FSC guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Compute, prepare, and review transaction data before submitting for manual and automated payments.
