- Assist the pharmacist in pharmacy practice duties following regulations and guidelines.
- Aid in retrieving accurate prescription information and managing patient adherence.
- Facilitate communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Suggest improvements for operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure quality patient service.
- Support changing business priorities and execute tasks as assigned.
- Check pharmacist voicemail when necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Meet Pharmacy Technician Licensure requirements by the first day of employment.
- Maintain current Illinois Certified Pharmacy Technician licensure and CE requirements.
- 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Flexible work schedule between 7am and 7pm.
- Proficient in accurate data entry and Microsoft Word or Excel.
