- Implement Oracle Cloud Time and Labor:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and oversee testing and deployment activities.
- Design and Develop Solution for Total Time Accounting:
- Design and develop a comprehensive solution for Total Time Accounting in compliance with government rules and regulations.
- Work closely with the finance and compliance teams to ensure accurate time tracking and reporting.
- Identify and Support Changes to Core HR, Absence Mgmt, and Oracle Payroll:
- Identify any necessary changes to Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Payroll systems due to the implementation of Oracle Time and Labor.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
- Lead Multiple Implementations of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor:
- Utilize your expertise to lead multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, IT, and compliance, to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive project success.
- Ensure alignment between Time & Labor and other Oracle Cloud modules such as ERP and EPM.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Time & Labor module.
- Proven track record of leading multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor.
- Strong understanding of Total Time Accounting principles and government regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Payroll modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) preferred.
