    Job Title: Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Lead

    Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid Role)

    Duration: 6+ month contract

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Lead to join our team in Irvine, CA, for a contract role of 6 months or more. As a Time & Labor Lead, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud Time and Labor for a live Oracle Cloud Human Capital system, in addition to planned implementations of Oracle ERP and EPM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and leading Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementations and possess a strong understanding of Total Time Accounting as per government rules.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Implement Oracle Cloud Time and Labor:
    • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and oversee testing and deployment activities.
    1. Design and Develop Solution for Total Time Accounting:
    • Design and develop a comprehensive solution for Total Time Accounting in compliance with government rules and regulations.
    • Work closely with the finance and compliance teams to ensure accurate time tracking and reporting.
    1. Identify and Support Changes to Core HR, Absence Mgmt, and Oracle Payroll:
    • Identify any necessary changes to Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Payroll systems due to the implementation of Oracle Time and Labor.
    • Provide support and guidance to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
    1. Lead Multiple Implementations of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor:
    • Utilize your expertise to lead multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations.
    1. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, IT, and compliance, to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive project success.
    • Ensure alignment between Time & Labor and other Oracle Cloud modules such as ERP and EPM.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Strong experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Time & Labor module.
    • Proven track record of leading multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor.
    • Strong understanding of Total Time Accounting principles and government regulations.
    • Hands-on experience with Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Payroll modules.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Oracle Cloud certification(s) preferred.
