    Job DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role:
    A Warehouse Worker at Brand Avenue is responsible for various tasks within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of goods. This role involves tasks such as receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
    • Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
    • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.
    • Prepare orders for shipment by labeling, packaging, and staging them for pickup.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
    • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
    • Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
