Full-Time, Monday - Friday

SALARY:
$35,000 - $45,000 per year

Come on board as an Auto Parts Counter Salesperson and establish yourself as the trusted expert for our customers' automotive requirements.

Your role is pivotal in aiding customers with their auto part needs. This role encompasses delivering top-notch customer service, handling orders, and upholding product expertise to assist our clients efficiently.
Previous experience in Dealership Parts Counter Sales is advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist all customers (retail, wholesale, and shop) in choosing necessary parts in a courteous, professional, and swift manner.
Educate customers on complementary part necessities and ensure they are aware of the full product range.
Handle incoming calls promptly, offering price quotes and relevant details.

Scrutinize body shop estimates to confirm accurate parts ordering and pricing alignment with the estimate.

Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Retrieve and complete orders from stock.
Notify the parts manager about any out-of-stock parts or urgently required shop materials.
Source out-of-stock parts externally and place an emergency order if needed.
Update the body shop on the arrival of all parts and anticipated delivery times.
Perform other assigned duties.
