JOB SUMMARY:
We're looking for a talented and customer-oriented Bartender to become a part of our team at 88 Tactical.

Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring the bar area remains clean and well-organized.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess exceptional communication abilities, and demonstrate effective multitasking skills.

Bartenders who demonstrate outstanding performance at the Founder's Club bar may have the opportunity to join the skilled team in the Knock & Talk speakeasy to showcase their advanced skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting guests as they arrive at the bar and providing excellent customer service
Taking drink orders and making recommendations to customers
Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Operating the cash register and handling cash and credit card transactions
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and handling cash responsibly
Keeping the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils
Restocking the bar with supplies and inventory as needed
Adhering to all safety and health regulations, including checking IDs to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience at the bar


QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and the ability to make recommendations to customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders at once
Basic math and cash handling skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
