    General Purpose:

    The Business Consultant I is primarily responsible for promoting and selling across all TPx Product Service Categories. This position plays an essential role in bringing peace of mind to TPx Customers by articulating the value that TPx brings through our managed services. Ensures that TPx is the easiest MSP to do business with by fully understanding how TPx operates and setting clear expectations of what TPx provides. Meets or exceeds monthly quota by assessing customer's needs; engaging with internal resources to articulate the value of TPx as a business continuity partner; and winning/securing sales based on one or more product service categories.

    Manager, Direct Sales

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of TPx's product service categories to confidently and effectively assess customers' needs, aligning those needs to services that TPx delivers.
    • Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales quota.
    • Educates customers on the value of TPx as a business continuity partner by articulating the value of the services we provide.
    • Develops and implements an effective sales strategy, including a documented strategic account plan that encompasses organizational alignment, a strategy to solve customers' business needs, and a tactical plan to deliver results.
    • Delivers effective sales presentations to customers articulating the value of TPx and its services.
    • Generates pipeline, sales activity, and lead qualification.
    • Identifies leads through tools, networking, and community events.
    • Utilizes solution selling and account management techniques to maximize the business relationship and opportunities with targeted companies within theterritory.
    • Leads technical resources and strategic sales campaign.
    • Provides accurate, reliable reports and sales forecasts.
    • Manages and maintains sales funnel to meet established quota.
    • Maintains and develops strong customer relationships.
    • Documents activity in TPx CRM systems.
    • Manages multiple priorities while driving best-in-class NPS and customer experience.
    Other Responsibilities:
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Travel up to 50% including the use of a personal vehicle or domestic travel involving overnight stay.
    Required Qualifications:

    Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Demonstrated recent experience in MSP sales/account management withtrack recordof closing net-new customers/logos and the ability to work through a dynamic network.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Consultant role or similar.
    • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of solutions that are client-focused and based on the needs of customers.

    • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
    • Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
    • Must possess valid driver's license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
    Other Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
