    Job Title: Part-Time Night Nursing Supervisor (11PM-7AM)

    We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our team at a long term care facility in New Milford, CT.

    RN Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities

    • The RN Supervisor is accountable for the administrative, clinical, and professional development of facility personnel during their designated shift.
    • They coordinate, direct, and oversee all aspects of nursing care delivery, ensuring it meets established standards of care.
    • Our ideal candidate possesses leadership skills and relevant clinical experience.
    • They will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, promptly complying with orders.
    • Unit rounds are conducted by the RN Supervisor to guarantee that clinical practices align with the facility's standards of care.
    • Maintaining standards of care in accordance with regulatory agencies is also a key responsibility.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of experience in long term care is required.
    • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Charge Nurse is essential.
    • Candidates must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
